Alpha Construction & Restoration has successfully completed a project involving the restoration of a multiunit apartment complex in Chicago, IL. The project consisted of setting up swing stages to perform tuckpointing and brick replacement repairs. Alpha Construction & Restoration was able to obtain the exact matching brick as well as mortar color was matched. Also, the project consisted of routing out cast stone mortar joints and installing NP1 caulking with primer and backer rod. To finish the project, masonry sealer was applied to prolong the lifespan of the building facades.
