Alpha Construction & Restoration has successfully completed a project involving the restoration of a historic building in Fort Sheridan. The project consisted of chemically cleaning the limestone sills, spot repointing the entire building, and installing NP1 caulking with primer. To finish the project, Alpha Construction & Restoration installed a waterproof membrane system on the parapet walls.
