Limited Terraces/Balcony Restoration

Alpha Construction & Restoration recently has successfully completed a project involving the restoration of limited terraces in Northbrook, IL. The project consisted of demolishing the existing EFIS knee walls, installation of a CMU masonry curb and then grouting the CMU blocks with grout. S.S (stainless steel) rods were installed prior to the installation of the limestone copings. PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) membrane system was installed over the masonry curb. Traffic bearing membrane system was installed on the balcony floor surface. New power coated aluminum railings were installed to finish the project.  At Alpha Construction & Restoration, we take pride in delivering quality construction projects that exceed our clients' expectations, and this project was no exception.
